That being said their payout are lower to accomodate for the extra luxury (think Casinos in Vegas Strip). Great and friendly staff! Please understand that this casino offers a more high-class experience, if you want to play with the riff-raff go to foxwoods or mohegan. I really hate that this hotel cannot do better payouts as it is close to home and I would have loved to had made it a regular casino run for me. I would recommend going to Foxwoods or Mahegan Sun as better choices. but the casino was really quite which is a good warning sign that nobody is winning. I left after 30 minutes because you simply cannot win on slots. The payouts are terrible and is pretty obvious. This same situation at any other casino would have pulled well over $100. I actually had one penny slot do a 20 free spin at 3x multiplier and won only $9. However, the payouts on the slots is the worst I have seen in any casino. The casino is beautiful and the staff is nice and the layout is good. I have to agree with all of the other reviews. Seeing all of the reviews on here, I was amazed to see so many saying that the casino payouts were so bad.
